This Warranty Policy explains the additional commercial protection available when a women's dress contains an eligible manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or materially differs from its product description.
1. 30-Day Quality Assurance Warranty
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, Zalqirox provides a 30-day commercial Quality Assurance Warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.
This commercial warranty covers confirmed manufacturing or production defects affecting eligible women's dresses, including:
- Faulty stitching, open seams, loose threads, incomplete stitching, or poor garment construction present upon delivery.
- Broken or defective zippers, buttons, hooks, clasps, straps, ties, buckles, or other fasteners.
- Holes, tears, cuts, stains, or fabric damage already present when the dress is received.
- Incorrectly attached straps, sleeves, collars, cuffs, linings, lace, ruffles, trims, embroidery, bows, belts, or decorative elements.
- Major printing, embroidery, pattern, dye, or finishing defects caused during manufacturing.
- Significant asymmetry or construction problems that materially affect the intended appearance or wearability of the dress.
- A women's dress that materially differs from the product description, design, color, material, length, or style ordered.
- An incorrect dress, size, color, or design sent because of a fulfilment error.
2. Statutory Legal Guarantees
The Zalqirox 30-day Quality Assurance Warranty is an additional commercial benefit. It does not replace, reduce, or restrict any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Consumers purchasing products in France and the European Union may benefit from statutory legal protections concerning product conformity, hidden defects, and defective goods.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available legal remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
These statutory rights apply independently of the Zalqirox 30-day commercial warranty.
3. What the Commercial Warranty Does Not Cover
The 30-day commercial Quality Assurance Warranty does not generally cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the dress.
- Minor fabric pilling, gradual fading, or natural changes caused by normal wear.
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, steaming, bleaching, or dry cleaning.
- Shrinkage, stretching, discoloration, dye transfer, or deformation caused by failure to follow the garment-care instructions.
- Damage caused by snagging, sharp objects, jewelry, handbags, pets, chemicals, fire, excessive force, or accidents.
- Damage caused by alterations, tailoring, repairs, resizing, hemming, or other modifications performed after delivery.
- Damage caused by improper storage or prolonged exposure to moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or chemicals.
- Minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, or normal production variation.
- Minor differences in print, embroidery, or pattern placement resulting from normal cutting and manufacturing processes.
- Fit, length, neckline, sleeve style, waist fit, hemline, comfort, or personal sizing preferences when the dress corresponds to the size and description ordered.
- Products showing signs of excessive use, neglect, deliberate damage, misuse, or improper care.
These exclusions apply only to the additional Zalqirox commercial warranty. They do not remove or limit mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim for a Zalqirox women's dress, please contact our customer support team at contact@zalqirox.com.
Please include the following information:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The name of the affected dress.
- The size and color ordered, where applicable.
- A detailed description of the defect or issue.
- Clear photographs showing the entire dress and the affected area.
- A short video if photographs do not clearly demonstrate the issue.
- A photograph of the garment label, original tags, and packaging where available.
Commercial warranty claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims made under statutory consumer-protection rights may be submitted within the time limits established by applicable law.
5. Claim Assessment
After receiving your warranty claim, our customer support team will review the information and supporting evidence provided.
We may request additional photographs, videos, measurements, garment details, labels, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence needed to identify the nature and cause of the reported issue.
Please do not send a product back before receiving written return authorization, instructions, and the correct return address from our customer support team.
6. Available Solutions
If your claim is approved, Zalqirox will provide an appropriate solution based on the defect, product availability, and applicable consumer-protection legislation.
Available solutions may include:
- A replacement women's dress.
- The same product in the correct size or color when the original item was supplied incorrectly.
- A repair where practical and appropriate.
- A partial refund or reasonable price reduction.
- A full refund issued to the original payment method.
When a return is required because of a confirmed manufacturing defect, incorrect product, or lack of conformity, reasonable return costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the instructions provided by our support team.
7. Processing Time
We aim to review warranty claims within 3–5 business days after receiving all information reasonably required to assess the claim.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
8. Product Inspection and Care
We recommend inspecting your women's dress shortly after delivery and before removing the original tags, washing, altering, or wearing it for an extended period.
Follow the instructions on the garment-care label to help preserve the fabric, color, shape, stitching, fasteners, printing, embroidery, lace, trims, and decorative details.
Where permitted by the care label, wash the dress with similar colors using a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, excessive heat, and unsuitable drying or ironing methods.
Proper garment care helps maintain the appearance and quality of your dress. However, it does not affect your right to submit a valid claim for a manufacturing defect or lack of conformity that existed when the product was delivered.
9. Sizing and Fit
Zalqirox product pages may provide measurements, size information, fit guidance, fabric details, dress length, and styling information to help customers select a suitable women's dress.
Small measurement variations may occur because of manual measurement and standard garment-manufacturing tolerances.
Personal preferences concerning fit, length, tightness, looseness, sleeve length, neckline, waist fit, hemline, silhouette, style, or overall appearance are not normally considered manufacturing defects when the product corresponds to the size and specifications ordered.
Eligible returns based on size, fit, or personal preference may instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Relationship With the Return Policy
This Warranty Policy applies specifically to manufacturing defects, damage present upon delivery, fulfilment errors, and products that do not materially conform to their description.
If your dress is not defective but you wish to return it because of size, fit, style, color preference, length, or another change of mind, please consult our Return & Refund Policy.
Zalqirox provides a separate 60-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible returns, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.
