These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through the Zalqirox website. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Sale.

2. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Zalqirox and customers purchasing products through our website.
Before completing an order, customers must review these Terms and any other applicable policies. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Sale in effect on the date of purchase.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, sizing details, materials, specifications, and other relevant information for products offered on the Zalqirox website.
Minor variations in color, texture, measurements, appearance, or finishing may occur because of photography, lighting, display settings, production processes, or normal manufacturing differences.
Minor variations do not necessarily constitute defects. This does not affect your rights when a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to its description or applicable legal requirements.
Products are offered subject to availability. We may withdraw or discontinue products that are no longer available, subject to orders already accepted.
4. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the Zalqirox website are shown in Euros (€).
Displayed prices include VAT where required by applicable law. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.
We may change prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where correction is legally permitted because of an obvious pricing or technical error.
5. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review your selected products, quantities, delivery information, and total price and to correct any errors.
After submitting an order, you will normally receive an acknowledgment or confirmation by email. An order is accepted after payment authorization and issuance of an order confirmation, subject to product availability and any necessary security or fraud-prevention checks.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when there are reasonable concerns involving fraud, unauthorized activity, payment failure, stock shortages, obvious pricing errors, promotion misuse, inaccurate customer information, or legal and regulatory compliance.
If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Payment
Payments are securely handled by trusted third-party payment-service providers.
Zalqirox and K+L Studio SARL do not store complete credit- or debit-card details on their own systems.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary according to your location, currency, device, and the services supported by our payment providers.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order and that the payment information is accurate and complete.
7. Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are provided on our website, during checkout when applicable, and in our Shipping Policy.
Tracking information will normally be sent to the email address entered during checkout after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, peak periods, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you discover an error after submitting an order.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement communicating your decision before the withdrawal period expires. Contact us at contact@zalqirox.com.
Certain products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

9. 60-Day Returns and Refunds
In addition to applicable statutory rights, Zalqirox provides a 60-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible purchases.
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 60 days after delivery and must comply with the conditions and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, returned products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with their original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs showing the affected product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or another solution required by applicable consumer law.
11. Legal Guarantees
Products sold by Zalqirox are covered by mandatory legal guarantees applicable under French and European Union consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and protections against hidden defects where applicable.
These statutory protections exist independently of any commercial warranty or satisfaction guarantee offered by Zalqirox.
Nothing in these Terms limits, replaces, or removes any mandatory statutory guarantee available to consumers.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate, current, and complete billing, delivery, contact, and payment information when submitting an order.
Please verify all order information before completing checkout.
Zalqirox cannot guarantee successful delivery when the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address. When possible, we will make reasonable efforts to update delivery information if notified before dispatch.
Customers must follow the care, washing, usage, and safety instructions supplied with or displayed for the product.
13. Commercial Warranty
Eligible products may be covered by our separate Warranty Policy in addition to any mandatory legal guarantees.
Unless otherwise stated, a commercial warranty generally covers eligible manufacturing or production defects. It does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper washing or care, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product-care instructions.
Commercial warranty terms do not limit or replace mandatory consumer guarantees.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zalqirox and K+L Studio SARL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special losses arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.
Where legally permitted, our total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability when such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law or would interfere with mandatory consumer rights.
15. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fires, floods, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, transport interruptions, customs delays, governmental measures, network failures, cyber incidents, supplier interruptions, or other force majeure events.
This provision applies only to the extent allowed by law and does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits, excludes, or replaces mandatory rights provided under French, European Union, or other applicable consumer protection laws.
If the laws applicable in your country of residence provide greater mandatory protections, those rights will continue to apply.
17. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers residing in another jurisdiction of mandatory protections available under the applicable laws of their country of residence.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale to reflect changes to our products, services, operations, commercial practices, or legal and regulatory requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page. Updates will not generally affect orders accepted before the revised Terms take effect, unless required by applicable law.
