Processing time: Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

- European Union and Switzerland: 8–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
- South Africa: 8–12 business days
Shipping offer: Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders over €30 when this promotion is displayed on the Zalqirox website.
When tracking is available, tracking details will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of customs procedures, carrier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods, inaccurate delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Withdrawal
Zalqirox provides a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Unless applicable law provides otherwise, returned products must generally be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. Original labels, packaging, and accessories must also be included where applicable.
Consumers located in the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Customers may also have mandatory legal rights concerning conformity, defective products, repairs, replacements, price reductions, and refunds under applicable French and European Union consumer laws.
